The Lensography of An Entrepreneur

Tuesday, July 22nd, 2008

As a newly promoted Giant Squid, Squidoo has become more than just a hobby. It has the potential to be so much more.

Together, my husband and I create informative and fun lenses; we homeschool our incredible and entrepreneurial children, and are so blessed by country living with our beautiful golden retriever, Mia. I hope you enjoy The Lensography of An Entrepreneur.

My First #1 Lens!

Tuesday, July 15th, 2008

Wow!

My first # 1 lens!

It’s been a fun process and journey.

If a stay home mom and a full-time working dad can do it, so can you!

Doing the happy Snoopy dance.

The Home Schooling Support Group

Thursday, July 10th, 2008

The Home Schooling Support Group is my newest group lens. I’m excited to see how we can support each other.

As a homeschooling mom of 3 I understand the work,  the frustration,  and the excitement that goes into homeschooling.

Send me your favorite home school lens and ideas to The Home Schooling Support Group.

Thanks!

Have The Japanese Beetles Attacked Your Garden??

Thursday, July 10th, 2008

Japanese Beetles bug me! If you’re like me, I like my rose bushes, grape vines, and fruit trees(plum and apple) in one piece not munched on by Japanese Beetles. I love to garden. It’s a great way to relax without Japanese Beetles. But, when July rolls around so do the green metallic eating machines, the Japanese Beetles. They love munching on my plants.  The picture to your left is a bunch of Japanese Beetles.

How do you get rid of Japanese Beetles?

Google Launches A Lively New Social 3D World

Thursday, July 10th, 2008

Google has launched a new Lively 3D world. This free portable service allows users to create their own avatars and rooms. You can even place your own Flickr pictures in picture frames and your favorite YouTube videos on your TV set.

Users can embed Lively on their favorite social networking websites and blogs.I’ve read Lively’s already working on Facebook. Social networking may never be the same.

 Have you tried Lively?
